The assistant to the Grand Vice President for Alumni Affairs (GVPAA) supports the GVPAA. The Assistant GVPAA shall utilize his/her expertise to create tools and resources that address the needs detailed by the GVPAA and the Alumni Affairs Team. The Assistant GVPAA collaborates with the GVPAA and Project Director for Alumni Relations, as well as other members of the Alumni Affairs Team, to complete drafts of content, finalize resources, and develop dissemination plans.

The Grand Vice President for Collegiate Affairs (GVPCA) shall recognize when there is a need for additional assistance to complete their assigned roles and responsibilities. The Assistant GVPCA shall utilize their expertise to create tools and resources that address the needs detailed by the GVPCA and the Collegiate Affairs Team. The Assistant GVPCA collaborates with the GVPCA, Project Director for Advisor Support, Project Director for Collegiate Expansion, Project Director for Regional Conferences, as well as other members of the Collegiate Affairs Team, to complete drafts of content, finalize resources, and develop dissemination plans.
Project Director for Advisor Support (PDAS)

The Project Director for Advisor Support will assist the Grand Vice President for Collegiate Affairs (GVPCA) in communications and support to the collegiate Chapter Advisors. The PDAS shall utilize his/her expertise to create tools and resources that address the needs detailed by the GVPCA and the Collegiate Affairs Team.
Project Director for Alumni Relations (PDAR)

The Project Director for Alumni Relations supports the Grand Vice President for Alumni Affairs (GVPAA). The Project Director for Alumni Relations shall utilize his/her expertise to create tools and resources that address the needs detailed by the GVPAA. The Project Director collaborates with the GVPAA to complete drafts of content, finalize resources, and develop dissemination plans.
Project Director for Collegiate Expansion (PDCE)

The Project Director for Collegiate Expansion collaborates with the Grand Vice President for Collegiate Affairs (GVPCA). The PDCE serves as the expert in the Collegiate Chapter Chartering & Reactivation Process. The primary responsibilities of the PDCE include following up with connecting with schools interested in (re)establishing a collegiate chapter, serving as a Prospective Chapter Coordinator, and supporting Prospective Chapters through their Chartering Initiation.
Project Director for Collegiate Sustainability (PDCS)

The Project Director for Collegiate Sustainability collaborates with the Grand Vice President for Collegiate Affairs (GVPCA). The PDCS serves as the expert in collegiate chapter sustainability. The primary responsibilities of the PDCS include following up with new collegiate chapters post-Chartering as well as active collegiate chapters in need of additional assistance.
Project Director for Regional Conferences (PDRC)

The PDRC shall utilize his/her expertise to generate tools and resources to assist Host Chapters, Regional Officers, and the GVPCA in organizing, planning, and orchestrating biennial Regional Conferences. The Project Director collaborates with the GVPCA to complete drafts of content (i.e. updates to Regional Conference Planning Manual, etc.), finalize resources, and develop dissemination plans. It is the expectation that the PDRC will serve as the main contact for Host Chapters and Regional Officers on issues directly related to Regional Conferences and issues requiring the attention of the Executive Council and/or National Office.
Project Director for Ritual Resources (PDRR)

The Project Director for Ritual Resources collaborates with the Grand Vice President for Collegiate Affairs (GVPCA). The PDRR serves as the expert in Ritual operations including Formal Meetings and Initiation. Additionally, they are familiar with the Candidate Education Manual. The primary responsibility of the PDRR includes developing educational materials for collegiate chapters to educate their members.
Daniel Winslow (Delta Delta)
The St. Jude Liaison serves as the Phi Delta Chi representative to our national philanthropy, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and will communicate with St. Jude representatives on a regular basis. The St. Jude Liaison serves under the Grand Vice President for Student Affairs, helping develop and execute Fraternity-wide endeavors for St. Jude Research Hospital.
Becoming A Candidate for a Project Director position
Applications for appointed Project Director positions should be completed and submitted to the Executive Director via the application form. In general openings will be announced via the next e-Cator, however applications will always be accepted for future reference.
