Regional Directors for Collegiate Affairs (RDCA) serve as a conduit between collegiate chapters, Chapter Advisors, and the Fraternity. RDCAs work closely with the Worthy Chief Counselors (WCC) and their chapters to ensure and assist them in operating by Phi Delta Chi’s nine Chapter Standards. The RDCA reports directly to the GVPCA. Qualifications to serve as a RDCA include membership as a graduate or alumnus Brother in good standing with the Fraternity and a two-year commitment to the duties of the office. Full details of RDCA roles and responsibilities may be found here.
