What is the Leader-Development Seminar?

We are pleased to offer multiple tracks this year! Watch this short video to learn about the differences between the tracks.

   1) The Leader Within

• Internal exploration of their personal values, interests, strengths and needs (VISN) to enable a purposeful approach to personal and professional leadership.
• This is a great option for first-time LDS attendees who desire an in-depth LDS experience and an opportunity to forge strong connections with other participants.
• Participate in a small group (~25 attendees/group).
• Meets Thursday morning - Saturday afternoon.
• Includes Wednesday night reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch, Friday breakfast and lunch, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and banquet.
• Alumni also receive a ticket to the Friday night Alumni Reception.
  
• Limited to 196 participants.

   2) Leading from Behind - cancelled due to low demand

   3) Leader in Action

• Consists of 12-15 workshops on a variety of general leadership topics.
• These are standalone workshops, so this track is perfect for anyone who cannot attend the entire conference.
  
• There are no prerequisites and it is open to all who are looking for an overview of concepts within Lead-Grow-Shape.
• Meets Thursday morning - Saturday afternoon.
  
• Includes Wednesday night reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch, Friday breakfast and lunch, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and banquet.
• Alumni also receive a ticket to the Friday night Alumni Reception.
• Limited to 60 participants.
