The 77th Grand Council will take place July 29 - August 1, 2026 at The Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. Perched on the banks of the Ohio River, the Galt House Hotel offers stunning waterfront views that capture the beauty and energy of downtown Louisville. 

Registration Fees
Grand Council registration will open in early 2026. The rates will be set after all programming and excursions are finalized. We expect the cost to be similar to last year - around $350 for collegiates and $450 for alumni.

Room Rates
Your hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Our room block is in the west tower of the Galt House Hotel. The rate for a deluxe room with two queen beds is $199 per night + taxes and fees. This includes up to two breakfast vouchers per day to be redeemed in Walker’s Exchange Restaurante for the breakfast buffet or the Belvedere Breakfast. Vouchers will be based on number of occupants in room (i.e. one person registered in room equals one voucher). Overnight guests will be offered a discounted rate of $25.00 per night for self-parking in the East Tower parking garage. The cut-off for our room block is July 8 or earlier if it fills up.

Airport
The Galt House Hotel is 6.3 miles (15 minute drive) from the Louisville International Airport (SDF). The hotel does not offer shuttle service, but is easily accessible by rideshares, taxis, Uber and Lyft.
