Is there a Facebook page?
Yes! The 2022 Phi Delta Chi Leader-Development Seminar page can be found here. This is a great way to connect with attendees, find roommates, etc.

How do I sign in to www.phideltachi.org?

Every Brother has an account on our website. Click the "Forgot your password?" link if you don't know your username or password. Enter the email address that is on file with the National Office. (Hint: This is the email that receives our monthly e-Communicator.) If we don't have your current email address on file you should use the large "Don't know your login?" button in the top right corner of the page.

How can I get the time off work or school to attend this meeting?
The Executive Council created meeting justification form letters to help convince your school, preceptor, or employer to allow you to have the time off.

How can my chapter earn free registrations?

What are we doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19? 
Phi Delta Chi is cautiously returning to live meetings and events. In doing so, we are cognizant of the need to place the safety of our Brotherhood and staff at the forefront. Visit this page to learn more.

Our school is paying for registration. How should we register?

Every person attending should register themselves using their own
 www.phideltachi.org account. When you get to the payment screen, select Bill to Master (bill will be applied to your Chapter's account). This will allow you to complete the registration without immediate payment. Once your registration is complete an invoice will be saved in your chapter's account. Forward this invoice to your school for payment. Contact office@phideltachi.org with any questions.

When should I arrive and depart?

We recommend arriving Wednesday during registration (12:00 pm - 6:00 pm) and departing anytime on Sunday.


Can you help me find a roommate or carpool?
Our host chapter created this sheet to connect with others looking to share expenses.
 

May I attend the reception on Wednesday night if I miss registration?
Yes! Join us when you arrive. Then visit the registration table on Thursday morning before breakfast.


Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, they have complimentary on-site parking.

 

What kind of clothes should I bring?
For all times and events not listed below, please feel free to dress casually as you would on any vacation. The important thing is to enjoy yourself and to portray a positive image on Phi Delta Chi, your chapter, your school, and yourself. Some particular events to be prepared for as you pack are:  

  • Wednesday PM: Welcome Reception – PDC Attire  

  • Thursday AM: Opening Session & Group Photo – PDC Attire

  • Saturday PM: Formal Meeting, Banquet & Awards Presentation – Formal (Coat & Tie or equivalent)

 

What do we need to bring?

  • White Member Aprons: A Formal Meeting in full Regalia will be conducted during LDS. Please bring enough White Member Aprons to clothe each Brother from your chapter attending this meeting. The Grand and Regional Officers in attendance will be performing the roles of the Officers during the Ritual.
  • Items to swap or display: We are excited to bring a Grand Council tradition to LDS! We will have tables set up during our reception on Wednesday night for chapters to showcase themselves. You can bring merch to sell, chapter publications or recruitment materials to display, or anything else that you would like to share.

 

 

 

Can I make changes to an existing registration?

Yes! Just sign back in to your account, click on Manage Profile, Event Registrations, and then the Edit Entry icon on the left side of the screen. Your registration page should open up and you are now ready to make changes. Please make all changes by July 1st.


How do I cancel my registration?

Contact office@phideltachi.org if you are unable to attend. Refunds (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be given through 7/6/22.


Can I get a name badge for our Chapter's mascot?

 

Chapter mascots love attending our national meetings! Register your mascot and they will receive their own name badge and lanyard. The cost is $25 and all proceeds go to our Ritual and Regalia Fund. You can add this on when registering yourself or purchase it in our store.
