Leader-Development Day (LDD): Leading in Three Dimensions
$199.00 · Wednesday, July 30 from Noon - 5:00PM at Ryze Adventure Tower. Space is limited to 24 participants. Must purchase this ticket to attend.

Discover a whole new way to develop your leadership skills through an interactive, hands-on adventure at the multi-level Ryze Adventure Tower. This isn’t your typical “ropes course”—it’s an exciting, team-oriented experience where you'll engage in real-world problem-solving both on the ground and high up in the tower. Work closely with a small group to: Identify challenges and develop strategies to overcome them. Discuss leadership tactics, set goals, and guide your team to success. Practice followership, emphasizing collaboration and trust. This experience is designed to be inclusive, with challenges tailored to a variety of physical abilities—from easy to advanced. If you can climb stairs, you can participate in many activities or enjoy observing from the tower’s walkways. Accommodations are available for participants with limited mobility—just let us know in advance. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Join us and experience the heights of teamwork and leadership!

Lunch & Learn
Collect ‘em All: Response-ability, Availability, & Accountability

$0.00 · 3-part Lunch & Learn series to learn about the three essential abilities of effective teamwork.

This engaging series spans three lunches—Thursday, Friday, and Saturday—and you can register for one session, two, or all three! Complete all three sessions to earn a Certificate of Completion and a Digital Badge to share on LinkedIn. NOTE: The content of these sessions may be duplicative of material covered during Wednesday’s LDD program.

  • THURSDAY – THE POWER OF “RESPONSE-ABILITY” Don’t waste time blaming others or complaining about things you cannot control. In this session, you’ll dive into Fred Kofman’s victim/player distinction and learn how taking ownership over challenges can empower you with the “ability to respond” and keep you from becoming a victim of circumstance.
  • FRIDAY – THE POWER OF ACCOUNTABILITY Teams don’t work if members don’t have the ability to count on one another. In this session, you’ll learn how to foster accountability by honoring your word, even when you cannot keep it. You’ll also learn how to restore integrity when someone’s word is broken.
  • SATURDAY – THE POWER OF AVAILABILITY Do you struggle getting members to engage? In this session you’ll discover the most common cause of poor engagement and learn how to enhance it through increasing focus and aligning members’ values, interests, strengths, and needs.
