Discover a whole new way to develop your leadership skills through an interactive, hands-on adventure at the multi-level Ryze Adventure Tower. This isn’t your typical “ropes course”—it’s an exciting, team-oriented experience where you'll engage in real-world problem-solving both on the ground and high up in the tower. Work closely with a small group to: Identify challenges and develop strategies to overcome them. Discuss leadership tactics, set goals, and guide your team to success. Practice followership, emphasizing collaboration and trust. This experience is designed to be inclusive, with challenges tailored to a variety of physical abilities—from easy to advanced. If you can climb stairs, you can participate in many activities or enjoy observing from the tower’s walkways. Accommodations are available for participants with limited mobility—just let us know in advance. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Join Executive Director Kenny Walkup and Gamma Pi Alumni Jake Northrup for a ride on the Katy Trail. Depart from Bike Stop Cafe in St Charles and bike 20 miles to the town of Defiance, MO. Enjoy on-your-own drinks and snacks at Good News Brewing. After some Brotherhood bonding in Defiance, ride the 20 miles back to St. Charles. Rent a bike or bring your own. You MUST be able to ride a bike 20 miles EACH way. (E-bikes are a great option if you cannot ride 40 miles.) Did you miss registration yesterday? You can pick up your registration materials prior to the Opening Business Session. Delegates should grab their name tag and go straight to the Delegate Orientation.

All Delegates are required to attend this session. Eat your breakfast in the hotel before coming over to the convention center. We will provide training on proper procedures of the business sessions, Robert’s Rules of Order basics, and how to vote.

We will begin conducting business at the Opening Business Session. First roll call will be taken, the Grand President will report on the state of the Fraternity, and the Executive Director will report on our financial status. Business casual attire.

Regional Caucuses are casual and run by the Regional Officers. Regional Correspondents are elected, chapter interviews are held, regional awards may be given out, and other announcements are discussed. Regions may use this time to discuss policies to be voted on during the formal business meetings. Regional Caucuses also provide an opportunity for candidates running for national office to visit each region, allowing Brothers to ask more questions of the candidates.

Each chapter will have a table to exhibit items, artifacts, or whatever the chapter would like to display. This is a time for chapters to share ideas and items. Chapters may sell t-shirts, mugs, key chains, etc. (if local laws permit).

Introducing Project LEARN, an organizational-skills training program to empower chapter officers and Brothers. This online, self-paced certificate program will equip participants with essential management skills in goal setting, meeting facilitation, financial management, and effective communication. Join us for an update on development and implementation of Project LEARN where we'll share progress, future plans, and how this initiative will support growth at all levels.

Attend this session to discuss and apply strategies for engagement and communication at all stages of the Brotherhood lifecycle. This session is designed to be a participant-driven conversation about improving engagement and communication at the chapter level. Review how to engage and strengthen communication with Brothers in your chapter (collegiates, rotation students, and alumni). Idea sharing and discussion of best practices will occur. Use this session as an opportunity to apply concepts from previous Grand Council 2025 activities and to learn new concepts related to engagement and communication.
