Ethan Rawl

Hi everyone! My name is Ethan Rawl, and I have the honor of serving as your Grand Vice President for Student Affairs for the 2021-2023 term. Currently, I’m working at Takeda, a pharmaceutical company in Cambridge, MA. My previous work experience includes Inman Pharmacy, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Amgen. Additionally, I worked as a research assistant with our school’s medicinal chemistry professor, conducting research on positive allosteric modulation of cannabinoid receptors.

I grew up in Stoughton, MA and graduated from Stoughton High School in 2015. I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2022. In the fall of 2015, I was initiated into the Beta Chi Chapter of Phi Delta Chi as part of the Mu class. I have served as Beta Chi’s Service Chair, Social Chair, Worthy Keeper of Finance, and Fundraising Chair.

I have been involved in the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), serving on our chapter’s Executive Board for three years (Operation Diabetes Chair, Patient Care Vice President, Finance Vice President) and attending multiple regional and national conferences. For seven semesters, I served as a university tour guide for prospective students and their families.

In 2019, I was elected to the office of Northeast Regional Correspondent, where I had the privilege of assisting our region’s 11 Worthy Correspondents with successful participation in the Achievement Award Program (AAP) and fostering chapter growth. I served as Regional Correspondent until June of 2020, when the 2019-2020 AAP cycle came to an end. At the beginning of 2021, I was appointed to serve as the inaugural Assistant GVPCA, helping the Collegiate Affairs team with meeting efficiency and special projects.

In my free time, I enjoy working out, traveling, and hanging out with friends. Feel free to reach out to me with any comments or questions you have or just to say hi!
