Description: The Chapter, through the Alumni Liaison, should maintain good communications with its Alumni and its Alumni Chapter (when one exists). Chapter Alumni should be notified of chapter activities through mailings of newsletters and chapter publications.
Engaging Alumni in collegiate activities can be difficult. As an Advisor, you are key in instilling a culture of Alumni inclusion in Chapter activities. Remember to encourage your students to seek out not only Alumni from their collegiate chapter, but also Alumni living in the area that graduated from other chapters. Your Worthy Alumni Liaison can request the most updated version of the Alumni Roster from the National Office annually.
