The Leaders for Life program was created in 2018 as a response to meet a goal developed in 2017. The goal was to build a strong, agile infrastructure to support growth. The Leaders for Life program was established as a centralized, published inventory of volunteer positions. The inventory contains descriptions, roles & responsibilities, as well as duration of engagement. The program will be spearheaded by the Grand President with the assistance of the Leader for Life Coordinator acting as the project director to coordinate the day to day operations of the program.

The thought behind the program was to have all volunteer positions identifiable to the Brotherhood to encourage volunteerism through knowledge. The program also established a process to connect with our past volunteers to encourage future involvement as well as a method to connect with current/future volunteers. This program will rename our volunteers as Leaders for Life. As true to our values we are building leadership with a purpose and selfless service amongst our Brothers.

Please see the following pages to learn more about the positions within Phi Delta Chi you can become involved through.

Leaders for Life Inventory

The Leaders for Life Inventory is a living document which will be updated as positions are created or removed. This table provides you with details of each volunteer position, the duration of office, qualifications (alumni vs collegiate), who the position reports to, as well if it is an elected or appointed position. Each position also contains a link to a detailed document outlining more specifics of each office.
