This year the registration process will be different. Please note the following key dates:

  • February 1 – June 15: Up to 3 collegiate Brothers per Chapter may register.
  • June 16 (12:01 AM EST): Registration is open to any collegiate Brother from any Chapter with a maximum attendance of 270.
  • July 6: Registration is open to any Phi Delta Chi Brother, alumni included, for full event with a maximum attendance of 270.
  • July 10 (9:00 AM EST): Banquet only registration opens with a maximum attendance of 270.  Brothers who purchase banquet only tickets should plan to participate only in the banquet.
  • July 30: Registration closes.

Airport Shuttle Information: The hotel's shuttle is no longer running.  An Uber from the airport to the hotel costs around $18.  We are also looking for more options.

How do I sign in to www.phideltachi.org?

Every Brother has an account on our website.  Click the "Forgot your password?" link if you don't know your username or password.  Enter the email address that is on file with the National Office.  (Hint: This is the email that receives our monthly e-Communicator.)  If we don't have your current email address on file you should use the large "Don't know your login?" button in the top right corner of the page.

 

Our school is paying for registration.  How should we register?

Every person attending should register themselves using their own www.phideltachi.org account.  When you get to the payment screen, select Bill to Master (bill will be applied to your chapter's account).  This will allow you to complete the registration without immediate payment.  Once your registration is complete an invoice will be saved in your chapter's account.  Forward this invoice to your school for payment.  Contact office@phideltachi.org with any questions.

 

When should I arrive and depart?

To get the maximum benefit from attending LDS, we recommend arriving Wednesday during registration (12:00 pm - 6:00 pm) and departing anytime on Sunday.

 

May I attend the team formation and dinner buffet on Wednesday night if I miss registration?

Yes!  Join us in the Sunset Ballroom between 7:00 - 10:00 pm.  Then visit the registration table on Thursday morning before breakfast.

 

What do I need to complete before arriving in Virginia Beach?

The LDS Co-Directors recommend completing a couple activities before LDS.  Please read their letter to learn more.

 

What kind of clothes should I bring?

For all times and events not listed below, please feel free to dress casually as you would on any vacation.  The important thing is to enjoy yourself and to portray a positive image on Phi Delta Chi, your Chapter, your school, and yourself. Some particular events to be prepared for as you pack are:  

  • Wednesday PM: Welcome Reception  – Business Casual / PDC Attire  

  • Thursday AM: Opening Session & Group Photo – PDC Attire

  • Saturday PM: Professional Headshots - Professional Attire (White Coat, Coat & Tie, etc.)

  • Saturday PM: Formal Meeting, Banquet & Awards Presentation – Formal (Coat & Tie or equivalent)


What do we need to bring?

White Member Aprons: A Formal Meeting in full Regalia will be conducted during LDS.   Please bring enough White Member Aprons to clothe each Brother from your Chapter attending this meeting.   The Grand and Regional Officers in attendance will be performing the roles of the Officers during the Ritual.

 

Will there be a chapter showcase?

No.  These are only held at Grand Council.  You should not bring a chapter display or items to sell.

 

Can I get a name badge for our chapter's mascot?  

Every year more and more mascots attend LDS!  This year we are offering mascot registration.  Register your animal and they will receive a lanyard and name badge.  The cost is $25 and all proceeds will go to PLEI.  You can add this to your order when registering yourself or purchase it in our store.

 

Can I make changes to an existing registration?

Yes!  Just sign back in to your account, click on Manage Profile, Event Registrations, and then the Edit Entry icon on the left side of the screen.  Your registration page should open up and you are now ready to make changes.  Please make all changes by July 30th.

 

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes.  A full refund will be given if you cancel before July 10th.  Please contact office@phideltachi.org if you would like to cancel your registration.

 

How can I find a roommate?

The National Office does not have a rooming list. Try using our Facebook event page to find roommates.
