Grand Vice President for Communications (GVPC)

About This Office

The duty of the Grand Vice President for Communications (GVPC) shall be to edit and manage the publication of a journal devoted to the Fraternity known as The Communicator of Phi Delta Chi. This journal shall be published at least three times annually, and an amount determined by the Executive Council shall be collected from each Collegiate Chapter to finance the publication of this journal.

Ethan Rawl, PharmD

Hi everyone! My name is Ethan Rawl, and I have the honor of serving as your Grand Vice President for Communications for the 2023-2025 term.

I grew up in Stoughton, MA and graduated from Stoughton High School in 2015. In 2022, I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA with my Doctorate of Pharmacy and minor in Business Administration. In the fall of 2015, I was initiated into the Beta Chi Chapter of Phi Delta Chi. I have served as Beta Chi’s Service Chair, Social Chair, Worthy Keeper of Finance, and Fundraising Chair.

Beyond the chapter level, I have served as Grand Vice President for Student Affairs (2021-2023), Assistant Grand Vice President for Collegiate Affairs (2021), and Northeast Regional Correspondent (2019-2020). Recently, we chartered the Beta Chi Alumni Chapter, where I currently serve as the President-Elect.
