ABOUT PHI DELTA CHI

Are you looking for a way to serve your fraternity?  The Communications office of Phi Delta Chi is still looking for a few more volunteers from every region to form the new Regional Communications Committees.

Each Regional Committee for Communications will be made up of a:

• Regional Alumni Reporter
  • Job description:  An alumni Brother who has interest in helping further communications in their region and have an interest in helping Brothers stay connected through written and electronic communications and will report to the Regional Editor.
• Regional Collegiate Reporter
  • Job description:  Be a collegiate Brother who has interest in helping further communications in their region and have an interest in helping Brothers stay connected through written and electronic communications and will report to the Regional Editor.
• Regional Photographer
  • Job description:  Be a collegiate Brother who has interest in photography and be able to transmit photographs to other members of the Regional Committees. The Regional Photographer will also coordinate with Brothers of their regions in collecting photos for use by the Communications office.  The Regional Photographer will be working in conjunction with the Regional Alumni Reporter and Regional Collegiate Reporter. 
• Regional Newsletter Editor
  • Job description:  Be a Brother (either alumni or collegiate) who has interest in writing, editing, and/or publishing.  Will be in charge of coordinating the actions of the regional communications committee and will report to the Director of Electronic Communications and/or the Grand Vice President for Communications.  Any past experience in publishing would go a long way in this role (hints at the chapter publications).

Due to some still outstanding openings in the Regional Communications Committees we will be extending our previous deadline.  Currently we are accepting applications until September 2nd 2008.
